A large-transverse-size short-pulse 4-way power divider with high fidelity

A novel compact 4-way ultra-wideband short pulse power divider (PD) based on coaxial waveguide is proposed in this paper. nylon conical shell inserted to replace the original transformer oil with an air block at resonant place of PD widen working bandwidth. The junction all inner conductors smoothed increase fidelity and capacity. fabricated tested. results show that return loss better than 12 dB from 191 MHz 1.33 GHz. amplitude less 10% more 0.95 when input by impulse full width half maximum (FWHM) 1.24 ns.
